Garments & Sizing
-
Check out our sizing guide here.
-
We offer customisations for some of our bralettes. Unfortunately, we cannot customise other garments or provide customisations outside of those listed. This is because our fabric pieces fit together like a jigsaw when we sew them together - some pieces do not want to belong next to each other!
You can customise your bralette here.
-
Unfortunately, we cannot alter existing garments, as many alterations need to be performed early in the production process. We'd recommend reaching out to a tailor for help!
-
There are two reasons why your garment many not be in stock in a specific size. Firstly, it could be out of stock; if this is the case, below the ‘add to cart’ button you should see a sign-up to be notified when it it somes back into stock.
Secondly, we may not offer this garment in your size as part of our permanent range. If this is the case, feel free to email us so that we can consider expanding our size range in future.
-
This depends on the style, size and colour of the garment, as well as whether we currently have the materials needed to make the garment in stock at our workshop. Our most popular styles typically take around 1 week to come back into stock (sometimes just a few days!)
-
Wash your garment on a delicate cycle in cold or warm water with similar colours. Hang or lie flat to dry - do not dry clean or tumble dry. Wash your delicates in a laundry bag for extra protection.

We source our fabrics globally: from Australia, Portugal, Hong Kong and China.

We try to use plastic-free packaging wherever possible. Our standard packaging is entirely paper-based.

We offset the emissions created by shipping orders from the Nisa workshop to our customers. The credits bought are invested in the Jari Pará Forest Conservation Project in the Amazon rainforest. This project covers 496,988 hectares of tropical forest in Brazil, an area more than 3 times the size of Stewart Island, protecting more than 2,400 species of flora and fauna within it. This is a Verified Carbon Standard project.
