I don't like my Nisa garment, or it is the wrong size
For our stock items we are happy to provide you with store credit as long as the garment hasn't been worn, washed or altered, and you return it within 14 days of receiving it. Contact email@example.com and we'll tell you where to send it back to. Unfortunately we can't provide store credit for the cost of shipping.
We provide free returns for bralette orders within NZ. Just let us know which size you want instead, or if you would prefer store credit.
Please keep in mind that we can't offer returns/exchanges on bras that have been customised.
My Nisa garment has a fault
We will absolutely fix the problem - we are more than happy to send you a replacement, give you store credit or a refund, whichever you prefer. Just contact firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture of the defect.
