Returns
If your order isn't quite right for you, we offer exchanges, store credit or refunds as long as the garment hasn't been worn, washed or altered, and you return it within 14 days of receiving it.

Sale Items
All sale item purchases are final. If your sale item does not fit, we will exchange it for another size if available. We do not offer refunds, or exchanges for different styles on sale items, with the exception of returns due to a fault in the garment.
My Nisa garment has a fault
We will absolutely fix the problem - we are more than happy to send you a replacement, give you store credit or a refund, whichever you prefer. Just contact hello@nisa.co.nz with a picture of the defect.
