The Emmie is a mid-rise boyleg, made from Australian grown and milled merino*, with a cheeky 5% spandex for added comfort and longevity. The Emmie is cut with carefully crafted patterns created to leave as little waste as possible on the cutting table while giving you the maximum in comfortable, odor-resistant underwear.

Returns
We can offer refunds or exchanges for non-sale garments as long as they are returned to us within 14 days of receipt, and are in a resellable condition (meaning they haven’t been worn, washed or altered).

Sale Items
All sale item purchases are final. If your sale item does not fit, we will exchange for another size if available. We do not offer refunds, or exchanges for different styles on sale items, with the exception of returns due to a fault in the garment.
My Nisa garment has a fault
We will absolutely fix the problem - we are more than happy to send you a replacement, give you store credit or a refund, whichever you prefer. Just contact hello@nisa.co.nz with a picture of the defect.
Orders placed before 31 July 2023
If you ordered before 31 July 2023, garments can’t be returned for a refund or exchange as they were purchased from the previous owner of Nisa.

I find these so very comfortable, warm to wear and soft. They’re well made and the fabric around the crotch is very comfortable and ample. My skin is benefitting from the breathability of merino. Thank you Nisa team!
