Select the size and style that you would like. A different colour will be sent in each delivery, but may double up over time. Subscribers may also be sent exclusive colours or prints, not available online. You may cancel at any time before your next order is dispatched.

Free for orders over $150 / $7.50 for orders under $150. 
Overnight courier service once dispatched.

Australia

Free for orders over $150NZD / $28 NZD for orders under $150NZD.
Shipping takes 3-6 working days once dispatched (not including holiday and sale periods).

Rest of world

Free for orders over $250 NZD / $70 NZD for orders under $250NZD

Returns

Nisa’s online store will be closed permanently on Tuesday 8 April 2025, midnight NZST. 

Until then, only full priced garments can be returned. No returns will be accepted after 31 March 2025. Please keep in mind that there will also be limited stock to exchange items for.

If your order isn't quite right for you, we offer exchanges, store credit or refunds as long as the garment hasn't been worn, washed or altered, and you return it within 14 days of receiving it.

Contact hello@nisa.co.nz and we'll tell you where to send it back to. Please keep in mind that we can't offer returns/exchanges on customised bras.

Sale Items

All sale item purchases are final. If your sale item does not fit, we will exchange it for another size if stock is available. We do not offer refunds sale items, with the exception of returns due to a fault in the garment.

My Nisa garment has a fault

We will absolutely fix the problem - we are more than happy to send you a replacement, give you store credit or a refund, whichever you prefer.  Just contact hello@nisa.co.nz with a picture of the defect, before 31 March 2025.
