Our certified organic cotton jersey is knitted in Melbourne, Australia

Wash in cold or warm water only. Do not tumble dry. Wash in a lingerie bag to reduce snagging

You can mix and match all styles and colours of briefs

Select the size and style that you would like. A different colour will be sent in each delivery, but may double up over time. Subscribers may also be sent exclusive colours or prints, not available online. You may cancel at any time before your next order is dispatched.

Overnight courier service once dispatched.

Returns

If your order isn't quite right for you, we offer exchanges, store credit or refunds as long as the garment hasn't been worn, washed or altered, and you return it within 14 days of receiving it.

Contact hello@nisa.co.nz and we'll tell you where to send it back to. Please keep in mind that we can't offer returns/exchanges on customised bras.

Sale Items

All sale item purchases are final. If your sale item does not fit, we will exchange it for another size if available. We do not offer refunds, or exchanges for different styles on sale items, with the exception of returns due to a fault in the garment.

My Nisa garment has a fault

We will absolutely fix the problem - we are more than happy to send you a replacement, give you store credit or a refund, whichever you prefer.  Just contact hello@nisa.co.nz with a picture of the defect.

    Would never buy Bonds again

    Honestly, these are the comfiest cotton undies I've ever worn. I'll never go back to Bonds or Jockey ever again. Nisa designers/manufacturing team have totally nailed it. Enjoy the snap every time you pull these up and know you're covered in the best possible way :)

    Soft, cool and comfortable

    I love the fabric of these briefs - it's very soft and light; great in a hot climate. The cut is good too - they sit at just the right place across your tummy. For me, they could be a little fuller at the back but that's a personal preference - and it hasn't stopped me buying more pairs! Thay're the most comfortable knickers I've had in hears.
