Laura spent time with us, to further understand, review and clarify our website usability requirements, as well as creating a reverse brief for us based on our initial write up.
The assessment report that she provided Nisa was well structured and included a good review of our website's navigation, purpose, content and readability. Laura gave us clear, practical recommendations to action, as well as suggesting other small helpful changes and useful resources to refer to.
