Meet our helpers
Nisa is founded by Elisha Watson. The Nisa story started during Elisha's time as a refugee resettlement volunteer with the Red Cross. She listened and watched as many refugees struggled to find work that matched their skill sets.
Shannon is a student at Victoria University of Wellington. She studies Marketing and Information systems and has been involved with Nisa since the early days of Wellington Startup weekend. She looks after our website and Social Media.
We also get some awesome help from Maie who is helping us with our launch event, Holli who helps with design, and Maria who helps with finances.
We couldn't do it without you!

Hi. I’ve just discovered this wonderful idea. I volunteer as an esol tutor for language partnerships. One of my fabulous refugee learners is a young mother from Myanmar. She’s a great seamstress learned via YouTube And i was wondering about whether you might be able to offer part time work.
